Integral Cinema Meta-Leader

This is a short audio-visual-textual-temporal conceptual video art experiment exploring the complex circuit of cinematic subjective/objective transmutation as it relates to cognitive, perspectival and aperspectival projection-identification processes stimulated by abstract symbolic cinematic structures.

This experiment arose when I saw the parallel between the four quadrants of Integral Theory and the quadratic pattern in all old motion picture counting leaders. This led me to this abstract merging of the two parallel patterns and the birth of the Integral Cinema Project Logo. On the surface this piece appears as a promotional video, while under the surface it attempts to be an abstract conceptual-experiential video art work. – Mark Allan Kaplan, Ph.D.
