MAKING BEACH – Prince Ben

With Beach in serious danger of complete cancellation, a last-minute surprise throws the show a lifeline. Fourth in line to the throne Prince Ben has just got back from serving in Afghanistan and fancies a bit of TV presenting. Unfortunately, Professor Leslie’s old fiancée and Nobel Prize winner Doctor Connie must step aside. Connie does not intend to go lightly and Prince Ben turns out to be an arrogant, aggressive bully. Pain ensues.

In 2014, Future Sun Films was commissioned by regional digital channel Aprill TV to film behind-the-scenes for an upcoming natural history series: ‘BEACH’. This series was intended to be filmed on the beaches of Britain over the summer of 2015. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen incompetence, Making Beach is all that remains of the disastrous summer-long shoot for the Sunday tea-time pleaser.
