A documentary ‘video portrait’ of Phil, a man that, to be honest, doesn’t really deserve to have a film made about him.
With an entirely improvised interview and approached like many real documentaries, in that the crew didn’t know what they were going to capture when they set out, ‘Phil: A Tribute To A Man’ is an affectionate parody of many of the documentary shorts seen online today.
