Earlier this year I spent 2 days exploring the Chernobyl exclusion zone.
Chernobyl is one of the most interesting places I’ve been to. Since the nuclear disaster in 1986 time has stood still and nature has slowly reclaimed the land. It was particularly powerful exploring the abandoned town of Pripyat and the remains of what used to be peoples day to day lives.
