Sunday while editing wedding films, we received a message from a photographer friend. She was looking for someone to film a wedding in a matter of hours. But this was not your typical wedding. It would be very short, very small… and in the floor one lobby of Pediatric ICU at St. Francis Children’s Hospital.

18-year-old Swift has been battling cancer since he was in the seventh grade. Lately, the fight has been rough. Abbi, his girlfriend of two years, posted recently on her Instagram account about praying for Swift, who had been in ICU for a month and unconscious for ten days. When Swift woke up, he knew he wanted Abbi to be his wife, and when the doctors removed his breathing tube, he officially proposed. Two days later they were married in front of family, friends, ICU nurses, and thousands of #swiftstrong followers on Facebook.
