An impressive Chinese palace built by Leopold III in Brussels. An inspiration for that was driven from the first contacts of occidental countries with the oriental world and China. Today Chinese influence and collaboration of both cultures is still present. I want to show you how this inspiration appears in contemporary dance through the idea of the cookie fortune and its occidental interpretation.
